PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF BERESFORD MUNICIPAL PLAN AND ZONING BY-LAW
(Under authority of Section 112 of the Community Planning Act)
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Beresford has adopted four By-Laws entitled “By-Law amending the Municipal Development Plan of Beresford” bearing number 18-06-2022, “By-Law amending the Municipal Development Plan of Beresford” bearing number 18-07-2022, “By-Law amending the Zoning By-Law of Beresford » bearing number 25-12-2022 and “By-Law amending the Zoning By-Law of Beresford » bearing number 25-13-2022.
The By-Laws amending the Municipal Development Plan of Beresford were approved by the Environment and Local Government Minister on July 15, 2022, and were filed in the Gloucester County registry office on July 29,2022, under the respective following numbers: 42931601 and 42931668.
The By-Laws amending the Zoning By-Law of Beresford were filed in the Gloucester County registry office on July29, 2022, under the respective following numbers: 42931635 and 42931692.
